The result of this is that the PEC in KZN would remain dissolved and thus lose its 27 votes at the elective conference. The ANC KZN members have endorsed Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma, meaning the court's ruling has proven a significant bonus for Cyril Ramaphosa's upcoming conference fight. [DStv smacked for lying about repeat shows]( The Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) has ordered MultiChoice to stop deceiving DStv subscribers by branding a TV show as new when it is, in fact, a repeat. A subscriber had complained that DStv had advertised a series season as "brand new" despite it having aired in 2013. Taking a break from writing the Guptas cheques, Multichoice defended itself, arguing that since it was broadcasting on a different channel and for a different bouquet, it could be termed brand new. Key amongst these were the almost complete corrupt objectives by Oakbay set for its JSE listing. [NEC hobble Zuma's vote proposal]( The ANC NEC has dismissed a proposal by Jacob Zuma to have individual votes for president and deputy president. Zuma argued that the runner-up should be allowed a shot at deputy president. With his ex-wife starting the elective conference on the backfoot, this would have had a noticeable benefit for Zuma's chosen woman. The NEC, however, was having absolutely none of it.
