In the photos, Keith Keating, director of a company called FDA, is pictured holding Manchester United trophies and sporting named shirts with SAPS supply chain management members. Keating had declared in August that FDA had not been involved in any corrupt activities. A jolly jaunt to Manchester United's stadium, however, suggests shenanigans.
