[Tell the White House: Any Further Delay on Title IX Is Unacceptable.]( [TAKE ACTION]( --------------------------------------------------------------- Dear Friend, Survivors of sexual violence are depending on the Biden-Harris administration to keep their promise and address Betsy DeVos’ harmful Title IX rule. Title IX protections ensure students’ safety, but the administration continues to allow Betsy DeVos’ rule to uproot decades of policy and significantly weaken civil rights protections for student survivors. Many students who suffered sexual harassment have had their Title IX complaints dismissed by their schools or have been subjected to unfair, burdensome, and retraumatizing investigation procedures that are not required for any other type of student or staff misconduct. [Tell Biden: Any Further Delay on Title IX Is Unacceptable.]( [TAKE ACTION >>]( We are calling on you to demand the Biden-Harris administration finalize and publish a new Title IX rule as soon as possible. Student survivors can’t wait to have their basic civil rights and protections upheld. [It’s time for the Biden-Harris administration to reverse this harmful rule.]( [TAKE ACTION >>]( If the White House doesn’t finalize the new Title IX rule now, students are looking at yet another semester of weakened sexual harassment protections and attacks on the rights of LGBTQIA+, pregnant, and parenting students.
