Friend, Republicans can’t win without rigging elections. [Sign the petition: Stop Republican gerrymandering.]( [SIGN THE PETITION]( GOP lawmakers set on decimating our voting rights are finding their attempts at cheating–or gerrymandering–are being [threatened](. They continue to manipulate district boundaries and maps to loop in or exclude certain voters, effectively diluting voting power so their party can stay in control regardless of what the majority of voters want, and, more often than not, stripping the voting rights of communities of color. In Wisconsin, where Republican gerrymandering is some of the most aggressive in the country, the state’s map is currently being heard and reviewed by the state’s Supreme Court, which would very, very likely be rejected for violating our voting rights. So, to cheat further, the GOP is trying to [baselessly oust]( a liberal state Supreme Court justice in order to protect their illegal district map. Shameless. Gerrymandered maps allow a minority to overrule the majority, are detrimental to our democracy, shut out the will of the American people, suppress the voices of people of color, and are ILLEGAL. Politicians shouldn’t be able to pick their voters, but that’s exactly what Republicans are doing when they rig legislative districts in their favor. Join us and STOP THIS!
