Friend, [sign if you agree: the Senate Judiciary Committee must hold hearings on possible FBI mishandling of Kavanaugh investigation.]( [SIGN THE PETITION]( After Trump nominated Brett Kavanaugh to the U.S. Supreme Court, multiple allegations of misconduct immediately arose. The FBI decided to set up an information tip line and investigate the misconduct allegations. It has now [been revealed]( that the FBI gravely mishandled the case, with 4,500 tips reported to the FBI about Brett Kavanaugh's suitability that largely went uninvestigated. Worse, the FBI handed the tips over to Trump's White House, an administration determined to get Kavanaugh confirmed by any means necessary. This dereliction of justice is a stain on our country. It is an unending reminder that survivors of sexual violence are retraumatized each and every day at the hands of our government. We demand answers. [Sign the petition: The FBI’s mishandling of Kavanagh's allegations of misconduct must be immediately investigated.]( [SIGN THE PETITION]( The Senate Judiciary Committee must immediately examine and hold public hearings on the handling of the Brett Kavanaugh investigation by the FBI and Trump’s White House counsel. Our senators cannot meet this sham with silence. In this moment, they must rise—for democracy, for justice, for truth, and most importantly, for Dr. Christine Blasey Ford, Debbie Ramirez, and all survivors. [Sign the petition to the Senate Judiciary Committee: Open an investigation into the FBI and Trump administration’s gross mishandling of the Brett Kavanaugh inquiry.]( [SIGN THE PETITION]( Thanks for all you do, Erin Tulley, Daily Kos Daily Kos Relies on Readers Like You We don't have billionaire backers like some right-wing media outlets.
