There were three huge victories last week: The National Popular Vote Interstate Compact (NPVIC) was just signed into law in Colorado! And NPVIC legislation was passed in the New Mexico state Senate and the Delaware state House. Both bills are now headed for their respective governors' desks to be signed. With NPVIC passing in Colorado and the governors of New Mexico and Delaware expected to sign their respective bills, we are pouring our grassroots activism into more states.
