Friend, President Trump was implicated by his former lawyer Michael Cohen as a co-conspirator in criminal campaign finance violations. These are serious felonies that add a new level of urgency in our movement to stop the confirmation of Trump’s Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh. It’s now crystal clear that for the Senate to confirm Brett Kavanaugh would be a brazen assault on our democracy, checks and balances, and the rule of law itself. We cannot abandon common sense in this dangerous time for our democracy. So, as I have said before, we should delay this hearing for Judge Kavanaugh.
