Trump says leave abortion laws to the states. Then a state-based outcome in Arizona [nearly-totally banned abortion](. Now, Trump says Arizona went too far, and he’s going to get “[straightened out](.” Donald Trump’s “official” [stance]( on abortion is as riddled with misdirection, calculated omissions, and outright [lies]( as you’d expect. Trump, who bragged about being “proudly the person responsible” for overturning Roe v. Wade, sees he can lose on the issue and is lying to us all to try and get elected.
