As the Executive Director of DailyChatter’s Student Program, I know there’s a dearth of trustworthy, accurate global news available to students [View in browser](~/AASU4wA~/RgRnSKGqP0REaHR0cHM6Ly9saW5rLndoZXJlYnkudXMveDN3ejN2OHJxbS8_bGhfYWlkPTQ1MjExMTkmbGhfY2lkPWpTczd0U2ZOTVNXA3NwY0IKZV-rHGZlheAZEFIbdHJpc3RyYW1iYWxkd2luODlAZ21haWwuY29tWAQAAABa) In Partnership with The Charlotte Observer Dear DailyChatter Subscriber, As the Executive Director of DailyChatter’s Student Program, I know there’s a dearth of trustworthy, accurate global news available to students around the world and I’m extremely proud of the work we do to deliver just that to any student anywhere. I’m writing today—on this Giving Tuesday—to thank you for being with us and to ask for your continued support of this impactful program. We now reach 11,000 students and faculty worldwide with free access to our newsletter across 550 colleges and universities in nearly every US state and 59 countries. We’ve also expanded to include high schools where teachers are using DailyChatter as a tool in the classroom—in fact, we’re now a key news source for a nationwide competition testing the international affairs knowledge of high school students across the US. The impact of making unbiased global news accessible is substantial, fostering a profound awareness of global events and equipping students with crucial skills to become informed global leaders. As one student subscriber said, “I would hardly know anything about world affairs without DailyChatter,” and, as another put it, “I’m deeply appreciative of the free access; it has diversified my news sources, and I feel I learn about news that I don’t see reported elsewhere." Help us continue to open students’ minds. If you’ve supported us already, thank you! If you haven't had the chance this year, please join us on this Giving Tuesday as we continue to deliver daily global news to students around the world. Your contribution, regardless of the amount, is immensely appreciated.
