Consume honey, pineapple, berries, and thyme for the actual healing. Drink lots of H2O to prevent mucus buildup in your lungs. It may persist after you quit. Also, practice belly and pursed lip breathing to flush out stale air.

A recent study has found alarmingly high levels of hazardous arsenic in Pakistan’s groundwater. By alarming we mean: the WHO says 10 micrograms per liter drinking water is fine, the government of Pakistan says 50 is fine, and the arsenic actually present in the water is way above this (between 50 and 900 micrograms).
