However, every firm on our list—including the top two—inked fewer deals last month than they did in June 2021. [Top 10 deals: Private equity shows up in largest rounds]( After a slow week in funding to kick off the month, last week saw a slight uptick as private equity helped lead the charge. PE firms were big backers of the top two rounds last week, with greentech and cleantech again leading the way.
