(Sorry, not sorry.) Here's his story about how responding to the strangest job posting he'd ever seen changed his life. I've always loved drawing and doodling. At 16, I eventually swapped pencils for a tablet and learned everything I know now from Youtube (pretty incredible, to be honest). Before my Crown & Paw journey I worked in interior design. I'm officially an Architect - a fact a lot of people are shocked by, considering I now spend most of my time drawing your pets! I've always said some kind of faith and luck lead me to apply for Crown and Paw's job posting. It was something along the lines of "Graphic artist needed to put a dogs head on a human body"...weird lol. But I didn't ask questions. And thank God I didn't. In my 3 years spent at C&P I've done more than I ever imagined: - Created the original (and now trademarked!) royal pet costumes. - Personally hired and trained over 100 artists in our unique art style. - Been made Director of the art team - making sure every single artwork is created with the same love and attention to detail as the first was. It's been a truly incredible journey - one I look forward to continuing everyday. And that's thanks to you and the fun ways you show your love for your pet.     And now for the part you care about most - my rescue cat. In 2018, I found her as a frail kitten in a box on the street. I always wanted a pet, and I felt like our paths were meant to meet that day when I saw her face - a feeling I'm sure you understand. I named her Felix. This translates to "being lucky" in Latin. Something I think explains the situation perfectly for both of us that day. She has made my life beautiful. Although she's very independent, she loves to sit on my desk while I work. I love this quiet alone time we get, as she turns into a party animal at night! Why is it cats sleep for 10 hours during the day and then walk along shelves knocking things over at night? I'll never know... but I wouldn't change it for the world. How did you and your furever friend meet?
