In just a few days, you'll begin receiving free access to your newest benefit as a Crowdability reader: A new weekly newsletter called The Roundtable Roundup! The mission of this newsletter is clear: - To give you new perspectives and investment ideas based on important developments in the financial markets and the world economy. - To provide with you with access to research and insights on groundbreaking technology developments and innovations. And all this will be brought to you – for free – from half a dozen of the leading analysts we work with here at our firm. You see, we recently merged with a group of other high-quality newsletter publishers. So in addition to the research you receive here at Crowdability about revolutionary startup and private-market investments... Now, you'll have access to a suite of other veteran analysts and publications to help you accomplish your investing goals. I'm talking about former hedge-fund managers, top global economists, and tech-industry insiders who can help guide and inform you about everything. From long-term value investments to short-term stock trades, the group we've formed has the potential to cater to every one of your finance and investing needs. Given the breadth and depth of the coverage we now provide, we decided to give our new publishing group its own name: [Roundtable Research](. [Roundtable Research]( And each week, you'll now receive a "Roundup" e-mail that contains the top articles from all of the analysts we have here at Roundtable Research. Again, you'll receive this new e-mail for free, and it will start arriving this coming Saturday (that’s just a few days away)! To be clear, you don't need to do anything to begin receiving this new publication. We'll automatically start sending it your way in a few days as part of your Crowdability membership. (If you'd like to opt out of this newsletter, just scroll to the bottom of this e-mail now.) In the meantime, I'd love to share a few more details about the team behind this one-of-a-kind publication, and explain what you can expect to receive each week... The Roundtable Roundup –Prepare to Get Rich! At Roundtable Research, we believe you won't reach your financial goals simply by socking money away in your 401k and hoping things pan out one day. The only way to get wealthy is to prepare yourself to get wealthy. And when it comes to investing, the best form of preparation is information. Getting access to new insights, ideas, and perspectives – well before they get covered in the mainstream financial press – is the key to earning outsized returns. Which is why we're so excited about this new newsletter... It brings together nearly a century of combined real-world investing experience from some of the top analysts and money managers in the world. Each one of our analysts brings a different perspective and specialty to the table... Some may focus on trading strategies that were developed while managing more than $1 billion at a hedge fund... Others may focus on deep fundamental research and financial analysis... Others may focus on getting ahead of the curve by getting in on the ground floor of the next Amazon or Google – well before they've become household names. Essentially, we wanted to give you access to the best information and insights spanning multiple asset classes and strategies so you can decide which one works best for you. Now, let me introduce you to some of our analysts: [Whitney Tilson] Whitney Tilson – Whitney Tilson is the founder and CEO of [Empire Financial Research](. He graduated magna cum laude from Harvard in 1989. Prior to creating Empire Financial Research, Whitney founded Kase Capital Management, which managed three value-oriented hedge funds and two mutual funds. Starting out of his bedroom with only $1 million, he grew assets under management to more than $200 million. An accomplished writer, Tilson recently published his fourth book, The Art of Playing Defense: How to Get Ahead by Not Falling Behind. He has also co-authored two books, The Art of Value Investing: How the World's Best Investors Beat the Market (2013) and More Mortgage Meltdown: 6 Ways to Profit in These Bad Times (2009), and was a contributor to Poor Charlie's Almanack: The Wit and Wisdom of Charles T. Munger (2005), the definitive book on Berkshire Hathaway Vice Chairman Charlie Munger. Tilson also bought many of the most valuable stocks in recent history, long before they were household names. These include: - Netflix when it was $7.78 a share (since then, investors have seen gains worth more than 4,200%). - Apple at a split-adjusted $0.35 (it's up more than 20,000% since then). - Amazon at a split-adjusted $2.41 (it's up more than 3,200% since then). Whitney earned his MBA from Harvard Business School in 1994, where he graduated in the top 5% of his class and was named a Baker Scholar. [Enrique Abeyta] Enrique Abeyta – Prior to joining Empire Financial Research in 2019, Enrique spent 20-plus years on Wall Street. That's where he founded and served as Managing Partner of two long/short hedge funds. In 2000, he co-founded Stadia Capital, where he worked as a portfolio manager while overseeing a six-person team of investors and more than $750 million. During his tenure at Stadia Capital, he helped grow assets to $1.4 billion. At Empire Financial Research, Enrique has racked up an impressive string of winners for his readers – for example: - He recently closed out a position in Arcos Dorados (ARCO) for a gain of 112%. - He helped readers earn gains as high as 215% with Virgin Galactic (SPCE). - And in one of his biggest winners, Enrique recommended Penn National Gaming (PENN), where readers had the chance to pocket profits of 428% in just a few months! Enrique employs a "quantamental" approach to his investments. That means he looks at technical indicators as well as business fundamentals to help guide you and his 200,000+ other readers in the markets. [Herb Greenberg] Herb Greenberg – Herb has spent more than 40 years as a financial journalist at some of the country's leading newspapers, websites, and broadcast media, where he's covered almost every industry. He served as senior stocks commentator at CNBC and was a financial correspondent at the Chicago Tribune. He also spent 10 years as the daily business columnist for the San Francisco Chronicle, during which time he started his five-year run as Fortune's monthly "Against the Grain" columnist and was the morning business reporter for San Francisco's KRON-TV. When the Internet and online media were still emerging, Greenberg was one of the first mainstream journalists to make the shift online, when he became senior columnist at TheStreet. He later shifted to the same role at MarketWatch. When Dow Jones bought out MarketWatch, he added a weekend investor column for the Wall Street Journal to the mix. Before joining Empire Financial Research, he was the co-founder of Pacific Square Research and Greenberg Meritz Research & Analytics – both independent, short-biased investment research firms. [Michael Robinson] Michael Robinson – Michael is the Chief Investment Strategist at [Trend Trader Daily](. For nearly 40 years, Michael Robinson has been a Silicon Valley insider and investigative journalist. He's served on the advisory board of a venture capital firm and as an adviser to 12 high-tech startups in Silicon Valley. At Trend Trader Daily, Michael helps his readers find under the radar investments in groundbreaking small-cap and mid-cap technology companies. For example, in the summer of 2013, after meeting with industry insiders like the Winklevoss twins and Brian Armstrong, cofounder and CEO of Coinbase, he first recommended bitcoin. At the time, it was trading at $300. Eventually its price would crest above $60,000. That 19,998% call was enough to turn a small $500 into almost $100,000. In 2018, he showed readers how to quickly double their money with a biotech company that helps transplant patients live longer lives. In June 2020, he recommended a pioneer in oral vaccines that was flying under Wall Street's radar screen. Investors who acted on his advice had the chance to pocket gains of 375% in just under two months. In 2021, he recommended closing 25 positions for an average gain of 34% – nearly double the performance of the Dow Jones Industrial Average. [Andrew Zatlin] Andrew Zatlin – Andrew Zatlin is a trained economist and top-ranked financial forecaster. He's been ranked No. 1 for jobs forecasting by Bloomberg, ahead of analysts at major Wall Street firms like JPMorgan and Bank of America. Zatlin's forecasting has been so accurate that the Wall Street Journal picked up on his performance. It then reported that his data can help investors "knock it out of the park." And now, in addition to providing his "record-beating" data and research to some of the world's largest banks and hedge funds, Zatlin is offering it to "mom and pop" investors like you through his newsletter Moneyball Daily and website, [Moneyball Economics](. That's where he's been helping readers pocket big, fast gains by looking at alternative data sets that almost nobody else in the financial publishing world is tracking. For example, by evaluating the hiring data at some of America's largest corporations, Andrew's been able to rack up gains: - Like an 182% profit on Xerox (XRX) in just over 60 days. - 81% gains on JetBlue (JBLU) in 90 days. - And a whopping 234% on Spectrum Brands (SPB) in just two months. And now, you'll start receiving Andrew's top research and analytics every week, for free, as part of your Roundtable Roundup subscription. Welcome Aboard! I hope you're as excited about receiving the Roundtable Roundup as we are to share it with you. Thanks again for joining us. We know it'll be well worth your while. We'll be in touch soon!
