[Trend Trader Daily]( [countdown timer]( The silver lining in China’s evil master plan May 15, 2023 Last week, I began revealing something that few Americans fully realize yet: The People’s Republic of China ("PRC") really is trying to take over the world. Although it’s true that more than 80% of Americans already hold a negative view of the PRC... If everybody knew the true scope and intent of its plan for global domination, that figure would be 100%, without question. A big part of this plan, as I mentioned Friday... Is the insidious Belt and Road Initiative ("BRI"), which began soon after Xi Jinping became China’s president back in 2013. Just to quickly recap my prior analysis of the BRI... It’s basically a sweeping scheme to monopolize global supplies of critical raw materials through infrastructure investment that more or less amounts to bribery. The really scary part is that after just ten years in existence and approximately $1 trillion in Chinese funding... More than 75% of the world’s nations are now involved in the “Bribe and Road Initiative” to one degree or another. And these nations include some heavyweight players that aren’t exactly true-blue allies of the United States – like Russia, Iran, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, and others. What’s worse is that by credible reports, China may only be in the very early stages of its sweeping BRI program, in terms of total funding and commitments. Point being, you can imagine how much cooperation and access to critical materials China will ultimately have, in every corner of the globe, because of the Belt and Road Initiative. You can also see how that’s a hard thing for America to compete with for our own sources of minerals and other supplies we need to stay on top of the global pecking order. But hold the phone – because there’s hope yet for the good ol’ "U.S. of A." In the Breaking Opportunity Alert this six-part series is leading up to (that alert happens on Thursday of this week, by the way)... I’ll be doing a deep-dive into a breakthrough “super-weapon” that the Pentagon is funding that could go a long way toward leveling the playing field between America and China... Not just on the military front, but also on the economic and political fronts, in the critical supply-chain arena, and more. The best part is that there’s a way you could potentially profit hugely from this breakthrough “weapon” – completely without guilt. But once again, I’m jumping the gun... I’m going to showcase that game-changing profit opportunity for you in Thursday’s in-depth video event – Eagle vs. Dragon: The Battle for the 21st Century. Right now, I want to further prove that China’s bent on ruling the world – because that’s the only way you’ll be able to fully appreciate the opportunity at hand. The evidence is increasingly clear: China’s going for all the marbles Have you heard of China’s “Hundred-Year Plan”? The vast majority of Americans probably haven’t... But anyone in Washington or the U.S. national defense apparatus is well aware of it. Basically, the term refers to China’s master agenda to displace the United States as the top global superpower – in every way – by the year 2049. Why 2049? Because that year marks the 100th anniversary of the official founding of the People’s Republic of China. Although this hundred-year plan to take over the world isn’t spelled out in any single document... Various sources confirm its existence, in language ranging from cryptic to fairly explicit. Even the major media occasionally covers this plan. A Forbes article from a few years ago, for instance, headlined with: “China’s Grand Plan to Take Over the World” Last summer, The Atlantic ran a piece called: “How China Wants to Replace the U.S. Order” The Economist had a similar take two summers ago: “China Aims to Eclipse America by 2049...” And this past fall, Bloomberg reported on: “Xi’s Vow of World Dominance by 2049...” President Xi’s own words confirm this master plan, too... In a speech last October, he projected that by 2049, Communist China “leads the world in terms of composite national strength and international influence.” China’s increasingly brazen military and diplomatic moves plainly reveal this agenda, too. Everyone knows the PRC has been ramping up aggression against Taiwan for years now, especially with regard to sovereign air space... But now it's getting increasingly aggressive with aircraft from the U.S. and its allies. In February, for example, a Chinese J-11 fighter jet shadowed an American P-8 Poseidon patrol plane in international air space for more than an hour. In December of last year, another Chinese fighter’s “unsafe maneuver” forced a U.S. reconnaissance plane to take evasive action to avoid a collision. And last May, a Chinese J-16 fighter cut in front of an Australian military plane and dumped debris into its engines – also in international air space. Such incidents are becoming more frequent, too... So are China’s audacious chess moves in the hotly contested South China Sea, which it’s attempting to annex, for all intents and purposes. In recent years, for example, the People’s Republic has embarked upon an ambitious campaign of island construction in that region. All told, it's completely fabricated multiple highly strategic islands totaling at least 3,200 acres in the South China Sea since president Xi took power. Another example is the PRC’s hush-hush 2022 “security agreement” with the Solomon Islands, which clears the way for a potential Chinese military base in that strategically sensitive area. Bottom line: China’s going for all the marbles... And you don’t need to have "inside-the-beltway" contacts or intimate knowledge of the ins and outs of something as complex as the Belt and Road Initiative to realize it, either. You can see it with your own eyes – if you know where to look. It’s in all the “Made in China” merchandise in big-box stores. It’s in the lopsided trade imbalance between the U.S. and the PRC. It’s in spy balloons, surveillance cranes, and other covert espionage tactics. It’s in China’s increasing military and diplomatic antagonism against the west. It’s in the intentional weaponization of the COVID pandemic, once it began to spread. And it’s in a lot more things I could show you, too. I could literally write a book on the subject. U.S. Secretary of State Anthony Blinken summed all this up pretty much perfectly last May, when he said: “China is the only country with both the intent to reshape the international order and, increasingly, the economic, diplomatic, military, and technological power to do it.” That’s the situation we’re in now. But as I’ve been alluding to all along in this article series... This game’s about to change – and you could profit, guilt-free No matter what you call it: An economic decoupling, a new Cold War, or World War III in the making... The U.S. and China are clearly in the early stages of a long period of radical and painful change in power dynamics. A lot of very credible people believe America’s going to take it on the chin in this conflict. But if I’m reading the tea leaves right... China is the one that's about to get a very rude awakening on the global stage. And it’s all because of a new technological breakthrough that’s being quietly funded and spearheaded by the U.S. military, even as you’re reading these words. You’ve probably heard of WMDs – weapons of mass destruction. While these would certainly be effective against the China threat, if push came to shove... The fallout from their usage – both actual and political – make them nearly obsolete these days, or at least makes them a measure of last resort. But once again, here’s the twist at the heart of this entire discussion... The new mass-application technology I’ve been talking about in this series could neutralize China on ALL major fronts: militarily, economically, and politically. It’s a quantum leap beyond WMDs... And the best part is that right now is the moment to invest in this technological game-changer. You can do so completely without guilt, too – because as I’ve touched on before, the breakthrough I’m talking about is 100% non-lethal. To be clear: Over the next 10 to 20 years, there will be MANY different ways to play this breakthrough, as its impact and application spreads through multiple sectors... Just like what happened with GPS, cell phones, the Internet, digital photography, and more. The seeds of all these things came from the U.S. military, too. But there’s one particular company I believe is positioned for some of the biggest long-term profits as this happens – and now’s the time to grab its shares. I’ll give you all the juiciest details on this company in my new, in-depth video presentation, Eagle vs. Dragon: The Battle for the 21st Century. As I’ve been saying, this epic video exposé goes active on May 18th, at 1 p.m. EST. That’s this Thursday – just three days from now. Again, you’ll want to mark your calendar and set aside some time for this event... Because it’s going to change your whole perception of U.S./China power dynamics... And it’s also going to show you a way to potentially profit hugely as these dynamics change rapidly and radically, moving forward... A way I’ll guarantee you never saw coming. You’ll get more details about this breakthrough – and how I think you should play it, right out of the gate – in my next article. See you then.
