Did you know that 95% of the world’s pastors do not have access to theological training? Theological education for the majority of the world’s pastors is in a language they do not understand and in a location that they cannot move to. This is why we exist. We bring the training to them in their language in their location at a very affordable cost. Our mission is to glorify God by equipping Christ followers globally with comprehensive training for effective ministry. By God’s grace, we are conducting ministry on six continents, 34 nations, and reaching 130 people groups. To continue reaching the nations, we need ministry investors to come alongside us to help us fulfill the Great Commission. [Yes, I want my gift doubled!]( Proven Strategy When I started this ministry in the Philippines, I began with a staff of three Filipino coordinators. Since then, the Lord has opened doors to equip more than 17,500 leaders globally. This relational discipleship model works because it employs Jesus’ apprenticeship teaching method. Our coordinators look to Jesus’ relationship with His disciples as THE EXAMPLE for equipping and multiplying leaders. It’s more than just imparting Bible knowledge—it’s growing in character, developing ministry skills, and applying all that is taught and caught to make future disciples of Jesus Christ. Our ability to expand into new areas is predicated on the work of our coordinators. Under the guidance of the National Director, our coordinators develop and expand the training with local churches, pastors, and church leaders. Through Teacher Training Workshops (TTW), they equip local leaders with the knowledge and skills needed to teach the CCI curriculum and gain ministry skills. Why Coordinators Are Essential I would like to introduce you to one of our trained leaders, Jun Mabano, Regional Coordinator for Mindanao, Philippines. Since becoming a coordinator in 2012, 601 students in 76 classes have graduated. Pastor Mabano has personally trained 91 pastors and leaders, 15 of whom are now teaching CCI classes. Currently, he oversees 899 students in 78 classes. Altogether, that’s 1,500 pastors and church leaders in 154 classes! Jun Mabano has overseen the training of hundreds of pastors and church leaders. Rey Icgol, a disciple of Jun Mabano, became a CCI trainer and has planted 21 churches since graduating in 2016. One of Rey’s students, Benjie Mabaga, is also a CCI graduate and trainer, making his students the 7th generation of CCI classes. Rey, Benjie, and their team have baptized more than 600 people. Jun’s journey is only one example of CCI’s impact. However, nearly every day, we receive invitations from untrained pastors from around the world asking for our CCI training. Unfortunately, we often have to turn down these requests due to a lack of personnel or funds.
