When I think of my most successful friends & clients… People like Bedros Keuilian, Jason Capita

When I think of my most successful friends & clients… People like Bedros Keuilian, Jason Capital, Anne Laguzza, Sharran Srivatsaa, Joel Marion, Isabel Price, and dozens of others… They all have what I call “The IT Factor”. The IT Factor requires all 5 of these characteristics to be in place: - Consistent action takers - Resilient leaders - Outspoken experts - Committed growth seekers - Strongly connected influencers in their field. If you feel like any of those factors are missing from your toolbox, here’s the good news… Each one is a learnable skill. Take consistency for example… When your reason why is great enough… when your intention is clear enough… you will learn to be consistent. If you are consistent then you’ll be persistent. If you’re persistent, you’ll win. Because winners never quit. BUT… What I’ve found over the last 15 years of coaching 10,000+ high performers… You can only be consistent — and persistent — if you have Emotional Regulation. The less emotional regulation you have… Meaning the more wild your mood swings, the lower your lows, and the more frustration you feel when things go wrong in your business… Then the more you’ll spin your wheels… the deeper you’ll get stuck in the mud… and the more work it’ll take to get back on track. Which means your consistency will suffer when it comes to taking action on things like… Sales, Networking, Content Creation, Leadership / Meetings, Leveling Up Through Personal Growth… And all the other areas critical to your success.  But again, the good news is that you can build Emotional Regulation. There are practical things you can do like: - Knowing that every rejection is a step closer to satisfaction - Shifting your mindset from “Win or Lose” to “Win or Learn” - Identifying “anchoring” activities (breathing, mantras) that get you back on track faster - Using my Daily Mind Movie (watching the movie of your life) so you get 1% better every day - Always be quick to look for the 1st step to fixing your problem… rather than sitting in frustration - Learning as much as you can from Coach Gavin and his Millionaire Mindset trainings Action beats Anxiety. Or as I also say (controversially): Motion Beats Meditation If your house is on fire, sitting on the couch with a “woe is me” attitude ain’t gonna solve the problem. That’s a metaphor for business fires… If something bad happens, you can’t be paralyzed because of poor emotional regulation… You need to take action on the solution ASAP to get momentum and motivation on your side. Motion beats meditation. Motion leads to momentum. Motion delivers motivation. So here’s my challenge to you: When troubles arise… Look for the 1st fast step you can take… To turn the situation around and build momentum… To take back control of the situation. Sometimes that’s asking your friend or coach for help… Sometimes it’s doing deep breathing. But whatever you choose… Don’t panic. Learn to keep your emotions in check so that you become more consistent and persistent. Because quitters never win, and winners never quit. Flesch reading score

Flesch reading score measures how complex a text is. The lower the score, the more difficult the text is to read. The Flesch readability score uses the average length of your sentences (measured by the number of words) and the average number of syllables per word in an equation to calculate the reading ease. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables.
