It’s the perfect excuse to get some fresh air as a family, turn off those devices and enjoy the great outdoors together. To help persuade your little ones that a walk is a good idea, try watching our [5 minute film on Mindful Walking.]( This is no ordinary walk; it's a field trip, a magical moving mindful adventure where we notice what's going on in our bodies and our surroundings. Helping little ones be in the moment whilst being active and in nature is a great way into mindfulness for kids. It shows that mindfulness is available to them anytime they might choose to use it. So if you’re walking anywhere this weekend, why not make it a mindful one? [Watch the film]( then head out. I share some simple ways to tune into our senses as we walk. Noticing the sound of the ground beneath our feet, the birds in the trees, the beat of our heart as we walk up a hill. It’s amazing what you notice when you walk mindfully! Plus it’s a way to make space for yourself and take a breather from all the stuff you’ve got going on…something grown-ups can seriously benefit from too! Let us know how you get on!
