Leverage the Power of Conflict and Resolution Conflict stimulates the release of dopamine, a neurotransmitter that enhances attention, motivation, and memory. By presenting a problem (conflict) and demonstrating how your product or service can solve it (resolution), you can capture your audienceâs attention and make your brand more memorable. Take, for instance, a skincare brand selling anti-acne products. The storyâs conflict could be the struggle with persistent acne, and the resolution is the clear skin achieved through the brandâs products. This narrative leverages the power of dopamine to make the brand more memorable and compelling to potential customers.
