If you’ve been following along on [Instagram](=) then you’ve probably seen the dozens of selfies I forced my team to take with me (they love it, I promise 😉) We spent two full days strategizing our goals for the rest of the year… Discussing the details of [Posse Fest LIVE](=) (I can’t wait to tell you moreeeeee)… Streamlining our systems and behind-the-scenes operations – my new favorite thing to ask my team is: "What’s the 131 on that?"… (Where when they come to me with 1 problem, propose 3 possible solutions to that problem, and then suggest the 1 solution they think is best.) Setting calendar blocks to promote better work/life balance for everyone on the team… Auditing our team meetings and scaling them back (anyone else on way too many meetings?) And of course… Showering each other with love, sharing our heartbreaks and dreams, encouraging one another, and getting to know each other in a way you just can’t do online. We ended the retreat with a gondola ride up the mountain and a private spa day. It was magical. I love my team so damn much 🫶 Alright, alright, alright… Now that I’m done bragging about the incredible week I spent with my team… Here’s what is happening in the Posseverse this month: 🤘❤️‍🔥 Posse Fest LIVE: Oct 19-21, 2024 Helllll yeah!
