ON: Team Alignment for 2022 # Hello ON Readers, Have you seen that meme that reminds us that 2022 is pronounced, twenty-twenty-TOO? As in a repeat of 2020? I am choosing to enter the new year focused on the good things that 2020 (and 2021) brought and what we can pull forward into 2022. [Our team has grown]( over the last few months (Welcome Michelle! Welcome Gini! Welcome (back) Daniel!) and looking to grow by another few team members early in 2022. I suspect that many of you have fresh team members or vacancies you need to fill as well. New team members have given us a chance to re-evaluate our way of doing things. They have challenged (in a good way!) our norm and brought many process improvements and product ideas we didn’t know we needed. We’ve also got a refreshed outlook for goals. Further aligning our team across our business lines and across the miles (we are 100% virtual) continues to be a top priority. One of the main ways we are increasing our focus on team alignment in 2022 is offering greater visibility for all team members on sales and financial outcomes. With greater transparency, each team member sees and feels their contribution and impact throughout the sales process and relationship development of clients. How about you? Are you setting new goals for 2022? I'd love to hear what's on your mind so feel free to [reach out to me any time](mailto:kelly@convinceandconvert.com).
