Running social media for a large brand is hard. Social media is complex, and getting more so every day. Governance. Budgets. Hiring. Compliance. Social Care. Software purchases. Paid. AI integration. It's a LOT. The good news is that these issues are common to pretty much all big-company social leaders. And that's where my friends at [SocialMedia.org]() come into play. [SocialMedia.org]() is like having a personal advisory board helping big-brand social media directors solve problems, get answers, and succeed. It's a private, vendor-free membership organization open only to people running social media at the world's best brands. As a member, you’ll have confidential conversations with a carefully screened group of leaders by phone, email, and in person. Everything is facilitated and designed for busy people. It’s the missing piece you need to run a great program. At a big company, you’ve got vast resources available. But what you don’t have is unfiltered advice and support from people like you, with jobs like yours, at companies like yours -- that you can’t get anywhere else. That's SocialMedia.org. Because I am technically a "vendor", I can't join. But, Adam Brown (my co-host on the Social Pros podcast) has been a member of SocialMedia.org TWICE; once while at Dell, and once while at The Coca-Cola Company. He says it's simply the best thing you can do for your career. It's not for everyone, and they screen new candidates carefully. But if you think you might qualify (leading social media at a big company), I absolutely urge you to apply. I know many members, and they simply RAVE about [SocialMedia.org](). Go [here]() to give it a look. Thanks as always for your time and attention. And thanks to [SocialMedia.org]() for also sponsoring the Social Pros podcast in season 9. All my best, Jay Baer, founder of Convince & Convert co-author of [Talk Triggers: The Complete Guide to Creating Customers with Word of Mouth](=) [Unsubscribe]( | [Update your profile]( | 899 S. The Flesch readability score uses the average length of your sentences (measured by the number of words) and the average number of syllables per word in an equation to calculate the reading ease. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables.
