Hey, hey, hey, Remember that tip I promised about boosting your persuasion by 50%↑ ? It's here!

Hey, hey, hey, Remember that tip I promised about boosting your persuasion by 50%↑ (last Thursday)? It's here! This one I usually reserve for my premium customers, but I want you to have it too. Use the word "because" in your subheadline. Example: - 5 Sales Phrases Because You Want to Close More Deals Today. - 7 Opt-In Tips Because You Want to Turn Visitors into Leads. - 3 Simple Exercises and a Homemade Drink Recipe Because You Want to Lose 17 Pounds in 30 Days. Why does this work? In 1970, Harvard psychologist Ellen Langer made a quirky discovery. Langer's famous study began with a line of people waiting to use a Xerox machine. She then attempted to cut in line, politely asking, "Excuse me, can I use the Xerox machine?" - Line 1: "Excuse me, can I use the Xerox machine?" got a 50% success rate. - Line 2: "Excuse me, can I use the Xerox machine because I'm in a rush?" got a 94% success rate. (because… with a valid reason) - Line 3: Even asking, "Can I use the copier because I need to make copies?" still got a 93% success rate. (because… with a meaningless reason) Line 3 got almost a 50% boost compared to Line 1. Even with a stupid reason. Why? It turned out: For small requests, we make snap decisions. "The brain only wants to feel that it understands the reason." Notice—and this is important—the brain only wants to feel as if it understands the reason. It doesn’t actually have to understand the reason. This triggers a quicker, more favorable decision. Bottom line: Use "because" in your opt-in page's subheadline. It will get more people to download your lead magnets. Give it a try and see your conversions go up overnight! Coming tomorrow: a simple line that will make more people read every single email you send. See you then! Rahul Giri (The Lead Magnet Guy 🧲) P.S. Last Thursday, I shared how to boost your lead quality by 39%. If you haven't read it, check it out. P.P.S. Would you be open-minded to share your success (from Thursday) and how this tip helped you by replying to this email? (I’ll read every single email.) =.eRKoLX1kZEXmuNQOgm_NjBUnm2t9itX3EqY8t5ZneG4 If you ever wish to unsubscribe, click here [unsubscribe](=.c5RICs_vyVik_-1eI6A0rBZxCHby5TOcoEp7x18wres) and I will vanish from your life like a shadow in the night.
