Consumer Reports is advocating for full refunds, not vouchers, for customers who were unable to use

[Consumer Reports]   Friend, One year ago, the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic upended air travel plans for millions of consumers. If you already had a flight booked and couldn’t take it, you may have gotten a voucher for a future trip. But many of those vouchers are now reaching their expiration dates. Consumer Reports members have joined with more than 90,000 Americans in submitting complaints about airline refunds — a massive spike due to the pandemic. CR experts are holding a Twitter Chat today at 1pm ET/10am PT to answer questions and provide tips on how to deal with unused vouchers.
