Lloyd Cruz is a loving husband and father of 5 children, including his nephew who has been welcomed into the Cruz family with open arms. Let me tell you, Lloyd is a great man who has an unfortunate story like so many others. On January 6, 2020, Lloyd went to our nation’s capital to support President Trump. He didn’t riot, break anything, or hurt anyone. He was actually getting lunch at a nearby food truck when he heard loud noises from the Capitol building, so he left his friends to see what was going on. Lloyd simply walked into the Capitol building, saw everything was fine, and walked back out without touching a single thing. There were no signs stating not to trespass, no barriers, and not even a single Capitol police officer discouraged him from entering – but now he’s facing TWO years in prison. I’ve seen case after case like this… Leftist politicians went on their witch hunt, vilifying peaceful men and women and “making an example” out of them, just to prove their political point. But here is where Lloyd’s case is different. In Lloyd’s historic hearing last week, we challenged the unconstitutional warrant that allowed the FBI to conspire with Big Tech to gather the location data of every cell phone around the Capitol building. This is huge! We’ve entered a stipulated trial agreement so we can pursue this historic appeal, which could impact HUNDREDS of other J6 cases! The rights and liberties our Constitution bestows are rapidly being trampled, violated, and rescinded by the socialist Left, and I’m done watching our corrupt government destroy the lives of good Americans. I’m representing dozens of January 6th peaceful protesters in court – more than any other legal team!
