Hi CCT traders, since Brian and James posted the strategy for using the breakout box trading news, I've used it for a number of news events. This chart is the ECB news from Thursday traded using the breakout news strategy. Obviously, with this trade one had to understand the economical impact of his speech on EUR.
Would be nice to hear if any other CCT traders use this "news" strategy.

Hi GUYS
It takes 15 years to become consultant engineer [ 5 years college;10 years experience]
it takes 20 years to become a consultant doctor [ 10 years college...etc]
and so on
Training without on job experience is quite inadequate.
But you can become a trader in a few hours.

Hey guys,
I've been out of the office quite a bit this week, but I wanted to take a moment to address this. Â The "Trading Schools" review, just like most review sites, have their own agenda. Â They review products without ever buying them or using them in an effort to drive traffic to their website. Â The goal is to capitalize on traffic and promote their own agenda. Â Unfortunately, there is more power in a negative review than in a positive one. Â Â This allows them to get eyes on their site and then promote their own offers back to the readers or sell ad-space.
We don't bother in writing into these sites or joining threads because any counter argument is met with a venomous backlash and becomes and endless he said / she said. Â Ultimately, the people on these sites are just looking for any excuse to blame a teacher or system for their failures. Â It's the "the spoon made me fat" argument. Â Rather than blame the person holding the spoon (themselves) they place blame on the system or the education.
Its funny... think of the millions of people that went through 4-6 years of higher education to get a degree that are now working in low to mid range paying jobs. Â They all went through their education with the thought that it would make them high income earners. Â Now most are working in fields that have nothing to do with their degrees or education. Â Yet, they don't blame the university for their short comings. Â Some how, in this business though, the education gets blamed for the person not achieving their goals. Â If it wasn't so frustrating, I would laugh.

Hello, Im a novice trader who has been studying the CCT system for a few years now. I own a business in Houston Texas and have yet to have the time to apply the little I do understand unfortunately. The little time I have had in front of the market, hasnt yielded any success. I do not expect to see much success anytime soon, having yet to really get solid practice in, as I stated, however, there is a part of me that worries if I ever will achieve success. Stumbling across this "review" does make it even more difficult to have faith in the trading plan and concepts taught in the course. I have already spent a tremendous amount of money on this venture. Its the time i plan to dedicate that now concerns me. Is there anyone that can put some of my fears to bed? Is there anyone that has taken the course, applied the knowledge and tools given, and achieve a level of success worthy of mentioning? Thank you for any advice.

Hi Guys
The Trading Schools review might have more credibility if they didn't spell 'manager' as 'manger' – still, it is Christmas. I can only say that James's lectures are delivered by the most convincing "stock image" I've ever seen.
Happy Christmas everybody: keep taking the pips!

Nice to see a fellow Houstonian.
I would like to encourage you to study the CSI method very thoroughly and follow the rules implicitly. If you fudge just a little, that had been my experience of then turning into a bad trade.Â
Watch the forex news announcements, don't trade blind against the news.
The currency strength indicator has been a great find for me.

What is a swing high? is it same as a pivot high?
This is important because i want to establish the length of swing-from high to low.
this is useful in determining change of trend
