Nominations Due October 26th [Commercial Observer Top Young Professionals]( [CALL FOR NOMINATIONS]( As we ready ourselves for our annual [Top Young Professionals]( feature, what are the factors that truly matter as we look to identify the next generation of leaders? Leadership comes in many forms. Sometimes it is pushing through an economic storm and making sure that deals don’t fall apart. Sometimes it means being creative about how to position a property. And sometimes we see it in the people who have looked at the economic, gender-based and racial disparities in real estate and take it upon themselves to do something about it. We encourage submissions to this year’s Young Professionals feature to dig deep. Yes, we want to know about the deals signed, but we also want to know about who has done something not just to better themselves, but to better the industry as a whole. 2023 Top Young Professionals Categories   - Top Leasing & Sales Professionals - Top Lenders & Debt Brokers - Top Architects, Engineers & Contractors Industry leaders can nominate themselves or a peer to be considered. Following the nominations, our editors will select the honorees in each category to be featured in our annual Top Young Professionals feature on December 5.
