If you'd like to unsubscribe [click here.]( Hi folks, Angela Alsobrooks here! I’m a lifelong Marylander, mom, former elected prosecutor, current County Executive of Prince George’s County, and now Democratic candidate for U.S. Senate in Maryland. Before I tell you all about why I decided to run for Senate, I want to make you a simple promise: I will always take the time to learn from and listen to you. I’ll work diligently every single day to make this community proud. The truth is, there aren’t that many people in the Senate who live like and think like the people they’re supposed to represent. I know the people of Maryland should have a Senator who not only fights for them, but who also understands and shares their concerns. The journey we’re on is an investment in a better tomorrow, for Maryland and for our country. I can’t tell you how grateful I am that you’re by my side. [Early support will put us on the best possible footing for the road ahead. If you can, will you invest $10, $25, or whatever you can in my campaign for the U.S. Senate? Every dollar makes a difference.]( If you've stored your payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation will be processed immediately and split between Angela Alsobrooks and The Collective PAC. That’s the outlook handed down to me by my great-grandmother, Maebell James. She was the strongest woman I’ve ever met. She prevailed over cruelty and injustice in her life with inexhaustible dignity. She had one rule for her family: No complaints. She’d often say, “If you don't like something, you go farther and you do better.” That lesson lived on through my hard working parents. They taught me what integrity looks like, and to respect all work. Their example led me to enter public service for the first time 13 years ago, right here in Prince George’s County. I fought to develop new economic opportunities, improve the health, safety, and security of our communities, and strengthen our education system. I’m deeply proud of the things we’ve accomplished so far — we’ve received ringing endorsements from pro-democracy groups like EMILYs List, Collective PAC, and Higher Heights, as well as the support of more than 40 elected officials from right here in Maryland. With a little determination and a good attitude, I know together we can go farther and do better for all Marylanders. There will be bumps on the journey ahead. But as I write this, there’s not a doubt in my mind that we’ll overcome them together. [Friend, if you can, will you chip in $25? I can’t tell you just how much I value your support.]( If you've stored your payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation will be processed immediately and split between Angela Alsobrooks and The Collective PAC. Since our inception in 2016, we have helped 110 candidates win general elections at the local, state and federal levels. We strive to support the next wave of progressive and unapologetic Black candidates who will usher in a sea of change in our political system while helping America fulfill its promise of democracy by creating a government that will truly be for the people and of the people.  [Twitter](  [Facebook](  [DONATE »]( [DONATE MONTHLY »]( To Donate by Check: PO Box 15320, DC 20003 Paid for by the Collective PAC; not authorized by any candidate or candidate's committee.
