But I wanted to introduce you to America’s Worst Congressman and list the ways he has wasted time on frivolous lawsuits and acted as a hatchet man for Donald Trump and the MAGA extremist right. ❌ He filed a defamation lawsuit for $250 million against two Twitter parody accounts, one of which was a pretend cow ❌ He attempted to silence his local paper, The Fresno Bee, with a $150 million defamation lawsuit ❌ He wasted time and spread conspiracy theories during the Trump impeachment inquiry ❌ He tried to silence Rachel Maddow by filing a defamation suit against her and NBCUniversal ❌ He voted to overturn the 2020 election and stop the investigation into the January 6th Capitol attack [We need to stop Nunes from continuing to silence our press, demolish the rule of law, and assault our democracy. We deserve better than a congressman that flushes taxpayer dollars down the drain to repeatedly sue journalists just from doing their job. They care more about putting food on the table and paying their medical bills than the latest right wing wackadoo conspiracy theory. They are facing tough issues that Nunes has ignored for long enough.
