This is a fair point — crypto needs to be easier to use, and as straightforward as old-fashioned bank accounts and credit cards. But this would have ramifications for the crypto world, which prides itself on being a nerdy — if not macho — group of people. What Bossé is talking about isn't just a technical issue, it's a cultural one. The technology might come along leaps and bounds in the years to come, but the atmosphere within the industry could take much longer than that.
