You can read the updated [Privacy Policy]( and [Terms of Service]( in their entirety. But, here’s a summary of what’s changed: 1. “Microsoft Flow” has been changed to “Microsoft Power Automate” wherever referenced. (This reflects the recent name change for that product.) 2. We’ve added three new 3rd party providers. These include: - Pendo (for providing more relevant communications) - Google (for optional social login) - Facebook (for optional social login) Please note that the addition of these providers will have no effect on your forms or form data. Also, the addition of Google, Pendo and Facebook will take effect at least 10 days after this notification, in accordance with our Data Processing Addendum. 3. Fullstory has been removed from our product. 4. We’ve specifically named the UK among the countries covered under our compliance with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework. 5. We declared our compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). You do not need to take any further action. Our updates are effective January 2, 2020. By continuing to use our service, you agree to the updated policies. We always have and always will collect only the minimum amount of data necessary.
