Hello Did you know that, on average, 20% of businesses fail within their first year? After the second year, the failure rate increases to 30% and 50% by year five. For many people, starting a business is a completely life-changing experience. So, it’s only natural that every business anniversary is potentially significant. That is why I am celebrating Jen Neitzel's 5-year Marketing4Nottaries anniversary today! Half of those who start their businesses don't make it, so this milestone is worth celebrating and acknowledging. She started her business to help other notaries in their first years break through and succeed with her 5-step marketing plan. Jen recognized what was needed for notaries to break into the direct business, whether with escrows or attorneys, and has been sharing her expertise with those who need to take the first steps to jumpstart their businesses. I am sharing her link as she is celebrating by giving you a gift, and she asked me to be sure to share it with my friends [(  ENJOY! It takes hard work and perseverance to thrive—and some GRIT and resilience, too! That is why I love working with Jen. She knows how to roll up her sleeves and do the work. She can take you from the first steps through your first year so you don't drift along, hoping and wishing to get your business off the ground. Flesch reading score

Flesch reading score measures how complex a text is. The lower the score, the more difficult the text is to read. The Flesch readability score uses the average length of your sentences (measured by the number of words) and the average number of syllables per word in an equation to calculate the reading ease. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables. Usually, a reading ease score of 60-70 is considered acceptable/normal for web copy.
