It’s the same platitude that’s said over and over again this time of year. While I usually roll my eyes at marketing that guarantees a complete transformation of self at the stroke of midnight Jan. 1, I do firmly believe in the opportunity of setting new goals and improving oneself -- though this can happen any time of year! I don’t necessarily have any resolutions for 2023, but I do hope to center my health more this upcoming year. I aim to journal each day, decrease my screen time outside of work hours and boost my productivity (I only hope to be [half as productive as Taylor Swift]( in 2022).
