what can we say, climate deniers are predictable We don’t need a magic 8 ball to tell you what will happen at tonight’s GOP Presidential Debate, team -- these Republican candidates are pretty predictable. As always, they’ll play dumb and double down on a position of permanent climate denial. In a summer marked by record-breaking heat across the country, flooding in the Northeast, deadly fires in Hawai’i, and an unprecedented tropical storm in southern California -- the climate crisis is here. It’s happening right now. And we need to make something clear to Republicans standing on that debate stage tonight: Running against climate action isn’t just bad politics, it’s just not gonna cut it. [Add your name if you agree:]( [ADD MY NAME]( Every single GOP candidate has made it clear they aim to make it harder to take significant climate action. They’ve taken millions from the oil and gas industry, and one after another is on the record saying they’d roll back critical clean energy progress we’ve made. In fact, right now, 3-in-4 voters DO NOT trust Republicans to address the crisis. Americans know who to turn to, and it’s not the climate deniers who keep lining the pockets of oil and gas. We’re counting on this team to make something clear: If you aren’t ready to fight for our future, you’re not fit for the White House. [SIGN ON]( As for tonight’s debate, we’ll be monitoring closely and will keep you updated with ways to help take action and push back against their climate denial.
