Clay asked me to connect with you. He’s currently preparing for our Get Out the Vote Rally today. Hopefully you saw Clay’s message last night (I included it below just in case)... We are currently fighting against a steady stream of dark money heading into the state to save Clay’s opponent. They think they can buy this election from voters but they have another thing coming. Our end of month deadline tonight just became so much more urgent. If we don’t have the resources in the door by the end of day, we won’t be able to wire enough to the stations to expand our reach and we will 100% be drowned out. Here’s a link - you know what to do: [( Thanks, Taylor Begin forwarded message: I know I just emailed you this morning… but now I'm pissed!!! We got word that more Super PAC dark money is coming in to prop up my opponent. Clearly they think they can BUY this seat… we’ve gotta show them that won't fly here! Billionaires with Super PACs think Durham's congressional seat is up for sale but I know this city and I know our power… we’re gonna show them what's what. I can only do that with your help. And y’all the stakes just got even higher. With this latest round of "Congress for sale" nonsense, we have to increase our TV ad buy immediately. [Taylor has to wire some more money to stations first thing Monday (but we don't have enough still!! 😫😫)]( We not only have to hit our $50k goal tomorrow, but we need to shoot for the sky and not miss. Upping our paid media NEEDS to happen. And if we can’t do it, our path to victory is probably shot. [That’s why I'm reaching out to you for a second time today. It is that important. Donate now.]( Thanks y’all. I know I can count on you! Clay --------------------------------------------------------------- Clay is running for Congress in the North Carolina 4th. He was born, raised, and is currently raising his son in the Triangle. He's running to use his voice to speak up and stop the loudest voices on the far ends of the political spectrum from sucking up all the oxygen in our political discourse. [Donate now to join the chorus and help send Clay to Congress.]( [DONATE]( Paid for by Clay Aiken for North Carolina Clay Aiken for North Carolina PO Box 13274 Durham, NC 27709 United States If you’d like to unsubscribe, we hate to see you go, but click here to [unsubscribe](.
