Dear {NAME}, Last week, I reached out to talk to you about... [LCCHR logo desktop]( [LCCHR logo desktop]( Dear {NAME}, The best time to solve a problem is yesterday. The second best time is now. We are facing countless threats to our democracy, and the way for us to combat them is to show up and use our voices to demand change today. That's why we need you. At The Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights, we represent a diverse coalition of people in America who believe in fighting to protect, defend, and expand the rights of every person in the United States. This majority has the power to win at the ballot box, to win in public opinion, and to win in our courts. But we need to fight, and we need to fight together. We have witnessed the impact of a biased criminal-legal system, restrictions on reproductive rights, the threats of unchecked technology, book bans, harmful anti-trans legislation, and so many more attacks on the majority of people who just want the freedom to live life with their constitutionally given rights. We have to fight back, and we can win when we fight back together. [Join us in showing up for our democracy.]( At The Leadership Conference, we are committed to: 🗳️ Ensuring Voter Participation: We strive to make sure everyone can vote and participate in our democracy. We actively dismantle systemic barriers and advocate for policies that reflect the will of the majority. 💻 Championing Responsible AI + Tech: We support responsible regulation of AI and technology to harness innovation for the greater good, fostering progress while safeguarding our rights and our values. ✊ Uniting 'The Majority' for a Common Future: We bring together people in America of all backgrounds and identities. Our collective voice is powerful, and we all have a stake in each other's futures. We envision a democracy that is truly inclusive, representative, and resilient, holding accountable anyone who seeks to undermine our rights and advocating for a future where every voice is heard. The only way to achieve this vision is by remembering that we are the majority — and we have the power. [Together we can create a society where everyone is treated with dignity and respect.]( Our fight continues.
