Making sure you saw this. {NAME} -- We're just two days away from the end-of-year fundraising deadline -- and the official start of the election year -- so we wanted to make sure you got Chuck's message from yesterday. [Losing one Democratic vote in the Senate could derail our agenda. Can we count on you to chip in today to help hit our 20,000 donation goal and expand our majority?]( [CHIP IN →]( Thank you, Team Schumer ---------- Forwarded message --------- From: Chuck Schumer Date: Tue, Dec 28, 2021 Subject: Personally asking [Chuck Schumer]( {NAME} -- I want you to think about what was going on this time last year. Donald Trump was still president. Control of the Senate was still up for grabs. Very few people had gotten the COVID vaccine. We've come a long way since then, thanks to President Biden and our Senate majority. We got shots into arms, checks into pockets, and passed the biggest investment in our nation's infrastructure in years. But the past year was also incredibly challenging. We witnessed an insurrection on our Capitol. Republicans launched unprecedented attacks on voting rights and reproductive rights. And while the top 1% is doing fine, too many families are still suffering through this pandemic. So we still have a lot to do, starting with passing Build Back Better. We MUST get this done. The fact of the matter is our Senate majority is as narrow as it gets. If we lose even one vote in the Senate, our entire agenda can get derailed. So to keep making progress, we need to EXPAND our majority in 2022. 2021 is over in a few days, which means we're coming up on the most important FEC fundraising deadline yet. I've set our biggest goal yet -- 20,000 donations by the end of the year -- so we can hit the ground running to elect more Democrats in 2022. [I need you to make one of those donations today. Donate $10 or more right away to expand our Senate majority.]( If you've saved your payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation to Chuck Schumer will go through immediately: [$10 →]( [$25 →]( [$50 →]( [$75 →]( [$200 →]( [OTHER →]( We are already seeing record-setting ad spending for the 2022 election. Mitch McConnell knows he only needs to flip one seat to take back control. We can't afford to start 2022 behind, which means we can't miss our final and most important deadline of the year. Will you help? [Click here to be a part of the grassroots movement that not only puts a stop to the GOP's hopes of taking back the majority -- but expands our Democratic majority.]( Thank you, Chuck Schumer [DONATE →]( This email was sent to {EMAIL}.
