LEADERSHIP [President Steps Down at Columbia College Chicago After Long Adjunct Strike]( Kwang-Wu Kim, who is also the collegeâs chief executive officer, will step down on July 1, after 11 years in office. His departure was announced soon after the college said it might need to cut academic programs and lay off tenured professors to close a projected $38-million deficit.
