CAMPUS UNREST [Police Arrest 19 After Attempted Takeover of Building at U. of Pennsylvania]( Pro-Palestinian protesters tried on Friday evening to occupy an academic building at Penn. They were removed by campus and city police officers, a week after [33 were arrested]( there. Just seven of the 19 were students. Slashes Budget by Nearly $5 Million to Close Deficit]( The cuts, amounting to 8.4 percent of the university’s budget, would leave nearly two dozen vacant positions unfilled and eliminate four staff and administrative posts. Enrollment has dropped more than 35 percent since 2010.
