I am officially the nominee to take on Troy Balderson in OH-12. {NAME}, The results are in, and I am proud, humbled, and honored to be the Democratic nominee for Ohio’s 12th Congressional District.   We are working not only to flip a House seat, but to give a voice in Congress that echoes the needs and values of Ohio's working families.  I know what it is like to live paycheck to paycheck, to worry about your job and wonder and hope for a better future.  After my service in the Navy, I pledged myself to doing everything I can to help my friends, family, and neighbors here in my hometown secure a brighter future and a stronger community. It will be an honor to fight for them in Congress. This campaign has always been about more than just one seat in the U.S. House. It's about setting a course towards a future where healthcare, education, and jobs are accessible to all. Where our rights are not just protected but championed. And where the voices of Ohio's 12th District are amplified, not silenced. It is also about standing up to the rising tide of fascism, hatred, and division stoked by Donald Trump and blithely supported by my opponent, Troy Balderson. Enablers like Rep. Balderson have to be thrown out of power by the voters.  The stakes are high, but we can meet them because there are more of us than there are of them. There are more freedom-loving, peaceful Americans than there are violent right wing extremists. If we work together, we will win. Thank you so much. And if you can, [I would greatly appreciate any support you can give tonight. This team has what it takes to win, all we need is support from people across the country like you.]( Very Respectfully,  Jerrad Christian Jerrad Christian Democratic nominee for Ohio’s 12th  P.S.
