Something different. I promised you that I would run my online fundraising differently. I promised you groundbreaking transparency. And so here’s what I’m going to do. We calculated that we need 15,000 individual donations before the end of the month to hit our 2nd quarter fundraising goal. So I’m setting up a real-time thermometer to track our progress. This is synced directly into our ActBlue data, so we can’t game it and you can watch it in real time. [THERMOMETER OF PROGRESS]( So I need your help. And I know the gun lobby and other special interests are going to spend big in my race. So we need to show we are going to be ready. This goal isn’t some random number with no accountability. This goal is based on what we need to raise this month to reach our goal for the quarter. We looked at our current average donation, and the reality is it’s going to take about 15,000 individual donations this month to hit the number we need to hit. Yes, that’s an ambitious goal, and pulling back the curtain to let everybody track our progress publicly was not an easy decision. It won’t be easy, not in the slightest. But this is achievable. If we each do just a little bit, then we’ll get there before we know it. [So please, can you pitch in today to help us make a dent in this goal?
