Look, Republicans know that we’re already on defense, and they’re trying to increase the number of battlegrounds however they can. That’s why it’s a huge deal that Mitch McConnell convinced Larry Hogan to run for the Senate. Our best chance to stop him is Angela Alsobrooks, but she needs us to have her back. Angela is a true public servant who will be a strong ally in our fight to end gun violence and deliver for working families. As County Executive, she has made gun safety a priority and she’s been a strong voice to increase wages. And she will bring an important voice to the Senate as Maryland’s first Black senator.
