I wanted to reach out simply to say thank you. This team showed up in a big way for Sunday’s FEC deadline, and I’m really proud of what we accomplished together. We’re still adding up the final numbers, but it’s safe to say we beat our goal and are going to start this year in a strong position. I’ll post the numbers on Twitter as soon as we have them. There’s no denying the strength of this movement. We didn’t set out to break records or raise unnecessary money, instead we’re laying a strong foundation to build and sustain power — to win in November, elect Democrats who share our values up and down the ballot, and demand meaningful change for our communities. And we’re doing it with a true grassroots model— powered entirely by people without a dime of PAC or corporate money. That does matter. It makes a real difference in how our democracy works — and who it works for. Together, we are going to win and continue shifting power back to the people and away from the special interests and corporations that profit off of a broken status quo. Thank you again.
