  Conscious Conversations
Following our popular seventh session on optimizing performance & recovery for athletes, Conscious Conversations returns with our eighth virtual event, Exploring the Dreamscape. For people across cultures and various wisdom traditions, dreams have been a source of guidance, exploration, creativity, and problem-solving. Our dreams can provide valuable insights into our aspirations, hopes, fears, and our overall well-being. In our eighth Conscious Conversation, learn from experts who have worked with integrative approaches and research in dreaming, liminal spaces, and depth psychology. Join us as we explore the incredible insight available within the dreamscape. Join the conversation on Tuesday, December 13 at 12 PM EDT.
