A letter from Dave {NAME}, President of Business Operations, addresses new Fan-First Credit Guarantee. [Fan-First Credit Guarantee] Dear Fire Fans, After an exciting win against FC Cincinnati on Wednesday night, we look forward to heading to Miami this weekend to take on Inter Miami CF. We’re hoping to secure three points this Saturday and run it back when they come to Soldier Field on August 31. We’ve been working hard to build an unrivaled matchday experience and create an electric environment similar to what over 62,000 fans experienced last season during a dramatic 4‑1 win over Inter Miami and we’re thrilled for you to be part of this momentous match. In addition to pre‑match activations outside Soldier Field and interactive in‑match entertainment – including a special guest for Sound the Alarm – we’ve added a 60‑minute post‑match performance by Pop/R&B superstar Jason Derulo. Our entire Club is looking forward to providing another exhilarating night for our fans. Despite the injury Lionel Messi sustained during Sunday’s Copa America Final, we’re confident that he will be back on the pitch for next month’s match‑up and look forward to welcoming another sold‑out crowd. To ensure a full stadium and create the best possible experience and atmosphere for our great supporters, loyal members, and fans, I'm excited to announce that we’ll be offering a Fan‑First Credit Guarantee for the August 31 match . Similar to the match credits we provided attendees last year, this is part of our ongoing efforts to meet the evolving needs of our fans while providing an exceptional and seamless experience. Should Messi be unavailable for the match at Soldier Field, our Fan-First Credit Guarantee will help ensure a great experience for all existing and future ticket purchasers. Single-match buyers who purchase between now and August 31 will receive $250 off two or more new 2025 Chicago Fire Season Ticket Memberships or $100 off two or more single match tickets for the 2025 home match versus Inter Miami. Fans who have already purchased will have the opportunity to claim two complimentary tickets to our Fan Appreciation Night, presented by Zayed Law, for the October 19 match vs. Nashville SC. We are only able to extend this Guarantee for tickets purchased through the team or Ticketmaster. For additional information on the Fan‑First Credit Guarantee, please [click here](. We’re committed to creating a fan-first culture that ensures all Fire fans have the most outstanding and electrifying experience possible. Our entire Club appreciates your dedication and support, and we look forward to seeing you at matches throughout the rest of the season. Vamos Fire! Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables.
