Hello,  We hope this message finds you well. This is purely for your information; no further action is required on your part.  We'd like to inform you about two upcoming changes:  We're excited to announce that, starting today, we are moving back to chat support! As we provide a powerful chat tool, we believe it's important to lead by example and use our own great tool for support. We're looking forward to serving you even better through Chatra. 🎉 As you know, Chatra has always been committed to providing a top-tier chat tool for businesses.  We’re happy to continue supporting you, but to maintain the quality of our product and service, we need to adjust our free offering in response to the rising costs we've experienced due to inflation over the past few years.  We still aim to support micro businesses with our free plan; however, we will be introducing a new monthly limit of 20 monthly conversations on the free plan. You can view the updated pricing and limits [here](. These changes will take effect on December 9, 2024. We are confident that this adjustment will allow us to continue offering you exceptional products and services for years to come. We would like to kindly thank you in advance for your understanding. 🤝  Kind regards, Chatra support team. Flesch reading score

Flesch reading score measures how complex a text is. The lower the score, the more difficult the text is to read. The Flesch readability score uses the average length of your sentences (measured by the number of words) and the average number of syllables per word in an equation to calculate the reading ease. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables. Usually, a reading ease score of 60-70 is considered acceptable/normal for web copy.
