We're still hearing about trafficking issues, bugs in-platform, and other similar issues at Meta. Given the reduction of headcount on the ads team at Meta and the increasingly urgent pressure of the holiday season, we see this getting worse before it gets better.  As predicted, the steep drop from last week was not a week over week trend across all platforms. What you see here feels very much like normal variability week over week, except:  TikTok CPMs have jumped 20% in the last two week. It's impossible to predict what's causing this beyond increased advertiser volume. While TikTok pushes to streamline its conversion functionality to compete with Meta's bottom-of-funnel performance, you can expect TikTok and Meta CPMs to eventually be equitable.
