Here's what I'm seeing regarding email marketing and copywriting this week. This edition is full of tips and resources. So without further ado, let's dive in:     Campaign Idea - The Summer Drop Email: - Email Examples: - [The Summer Drop Email Example 1]( - [The Summer Drop Email Example 2](  - Purpose/Context of Email: I'm seeing a lot of brands doing big product drops for summer. There's a lot of inherent excitement built into summer already, so it makes sense that new products from the brand would just add to that. And when people are excited, they pull out their credit card. Try emails like this! [Example 1]( is from Legends. I love this email because of how simple it is. I always talk about how most emails don't need tons of copy, because the imagery can tell the story. It's so simple, and the design is so good that it generates desire in you without having to say anything. You've heard me say this before — when you say less in an email, you get more clicks. Because people are curious. Give it a shot! [Example 2]( is from Gorjana. I like this email, too. Gorjana did the same thing — minimal copy, just imagery to get people to click. The one thing I'd change about this email is that I'd probably make it a little shorter. There's a lot to pay attention to in this email, which means people will get distracted and they may not be as likely to click as if it was just one or two CTA buttons. Overstimulation is never good, but I think this brand was able to get away with it because it's a stunning email. - Segment(s): - Your Engaged Subscriber Segment  - Subject Line Ideas: - New drops for summer - Your summer mood is here. - We brought the vibes for summer.  - Preview Text Ideas: - Check out what we've got! - Open and see. - Check out the new drops.     Vendor of the Week: When I heard BruMate made $9M through their Customer Service channel over the last 2 years, my thinking changed.  Like most, I thought of CS as a cost center rather than a revenue driver.  What if we could turn CS into a revenue channel & treat it like another marketing channel?  I'm talking about a team [supported by automation]( that can help customers quickly find answers to their questions and guide them to specific areas of the site.  For Ecom Brands, this is the best replacement we have for in-store sales reps.  And this extra support goes a long way.  This allowed BruMate to scale 15 agents & $9m in CS sales.  That’s $300k/agent per year.  They switched to [Gorgias]( from Zendesk to support all their marketing channels from 1 platform to respond to customers more efficiently.  [Turn CS into a revenue machine.](     New Podcast Episode: This week Cardinal Mason and I talked about:  - The type of entrepreneurs we are - Business things we want to get better at - A few of our favorite tweets  [Check it out here.](     ChatGPT-4 Marketing Prompt: Write [number] Twitter thread ideas that share valuable insights, tips, or stories related to our client's industry and spark conversations with their target audience.  Context:   Target audience — [your target audience here] Client's industry — [your client's industry here] Twitter goals — [your Twitter goals here]  Inspiration:  "[Twitter thread inspiration one]" "[Twitter thread inspiration two]" "[Twitter thread inspiration three]"  Formatting guidelines:  "[your formatting guidelines here]"     2 Copywriting Tips: - The best copy doesn’t feel like copy. It feels like a friend giving advice, a mentor sharing wisdom, or a story that sparks imagination. - Be descriptive about your product. - Describe who it’s for - Describe how it works - Describe how it feels - Describe what it looks like - Describe how it smells Descriptive copy is effective copy.     FREE COPYWRITING CLASS TONIGHT: If you are: - Making less than $15k per month online - Not busy tonight at 7 pm EDT…  You absolutely need to come to the [free copywriting class]( hosted by my friend Mason.  He’ll show you how to learn copy, find clients, and get them to pay you $2-3k per month for only a couple hours of work per week.  [Register for free with the link]( and he’ll see you tonight!     2 Marketing Tips: - Marketing is about perception. The same product, framed in different ways, can seem ordinary or extraordinary. Our job is to find that extraordinary lens. - Great marketing isn’t just about selling a product or service; it’s about telling a story. As marketers and business owners, our job is to weave a narrative that not only sells but also captivates and inspires.     I hope you enjoyed this edition. Hit reply and let me know! - Chase  P.S.
