Here's what I'm seeing regarding email marketing and copywriting this week. This edition is full of tips and resources. So without further ado, let's dive in:     Campaign Idea - The Founder Highlight Email: - Email Examples: - [The Founder Highlight Email Example 1]( - [The Founder Highlight Email Example 2](  - Purpose/Context of Email: Not every brand is founder-focused, but I've seen a lot of brands do really well when they have an accountable person standing at the forefront of it. Here are a couple of ways to leverage your founder (or yourself, if you're the founder) to build trust and make sales. [Example 1]( is from Olipop. Their founder, Ben, was featured on TV to talk about the history of soda, which is actually super cool. I think that this adds a ton of credibility brand-side and product-side when you're thinking about who you trust to make the absolute best product for a hungry (or thirsty) audience. It's also an exciting thing to cross off of the bucket list. Congrats to Ben! And for you reading this, get on TV. It's still cool. [Example 2]( is from Lunya. As you know, I've always been a fan of Lunya. I've been lucky enough to speak to their founder, Ashley, a few times. She is a genius. She's also someone that the Lunya audience seems to look up to, so it makes total sense to feature her in emails as an influencer-type. This is founder-awareness (which is a good thing) and social proof in some circular way. Awesome job here.  - Segment(s): - Your engaged segment  - Subject Line Idea: - The king/queen of (brand) has something to say... - Meet our founder! - Featuring our founder.  - Preview Text Idea: - Meet the founder! - They wanna meet you too. - This might be important...     Vendor of the Week: When I heard the luxury jewelry brand Jaxxon experienced a 46% increase in revenue, a 17% reduction in live chat tickets, and a 6% boost in on-site conversions, my thinking changed.  Like most, I thought of CS as a cost center rather than a revenue driver.   What if we could turn CS into a revenue channel & treat it like another marketing channel?  I'm talking about a team [supported by automation]( that can help customers quickly find answers to their questions and guide them to specific areas of the site.  For Ecom Brands, this is the best replacement we have for in-store sales reps.  And this extra support goes a long way.  This allowed Jaxxon to: - Boost their revenue by 46% - Reduce their live chat tickets by 17% - Increase their on-site conversions by 6% - Streamline customer communication - Save team members time and energy  [Turn CS into a revenue machine.](     New Podcast Episode: This week Cardinal Mason and I talked about:  - To nomad or not to nomad? - What makes you buy stuff? - SaaS headaches  [Check it out here.](     ChatGPT-4 Marketing Prompt: Write [number] LinkedIn post ideas that showcase our client's industry knowledge and engage their professional network.  Context: Target audience — [your target audience here] Client's industry expertise — [your client's industry expertise here] LinkedIn goals — [your LinkedIn goals here]  Inspiration: "[LinkedIn post inspiration one]" "[LinkedIn post inspiration two]" "[LinkedIn post inspiration three]"  Formatting guidelines: "[your formatting guidelines here]"     Copywriting Tip: Use the “SLAP” formula. 1) Make their eyes (S)top 2) Make them (L)ook for more info 3) Encourage them to take (A)ction 4) Help them complete their (P)urchase Try it!     FREE COPYWRITING CLASS TONIGHT: If you are: - Making less than $15k per month online - Not busy tonight at 7 pm EDT…  You absolutely need to come to the [free copywriting class]( hosted by my friend Mason.  He’ll show you how to learn copy, find clients, and get them to pay you $2-3k per month for only a couple hours of work per week.  [Register for free with the link]( and he’ll see you tonight!     Email Marketing Tip: Holiday coming up?  Send this email: >> Don’t know what to give? >> Try gifting [product] >> It’s the perfect gift for [holiday/season] >> Images of the product >> CTA to product page  Simple, straightforward, and profitable.     I hope you enjoyed this edition. Hit reply and let me know! - Chase  P.S. Here are two ways we can work together: 1.
