My friend asked if I could do him a favor and take a quick peek at some campaigns last week. He's trying to break into eCom / Shopify, and not doing so hot. He's super sad because he was under the impression that it was "easy." - I keep telling him to stop watching so many webinars lol. Anyways I loaded up the campaigns. Horrible. Now there's a bunch of little "tactical" things he was missing. The landing page sucked, he structured his Facebook campaigns wrong, wasn't using the pixel properly, etc. But the number 1 thing he was missing? He was just LAZY. His amount of action was weak sauce. - He was ready to give up after only testing 5 products. - None of his video ads were unique - he ripped them all off from other people. Why would people click on the videos if 100+ other people have been running the exact same ad for the past half year? It's great that he's taking action, but he's not taking the massive action that's needed to achieve his breakthrough. I view life as a competition. If you wanna win at life then you gotta ask yourself: What are you willing to do that other people aren't? Some examples of going the extra mile: - A lot of podcasts and Youtube videos upload once a week. There are some that upload on a daily basis. - I mentioned how my friend copied videos from other people. I asked him why doesn't he make his own? He says he's too cheap to outsource, and he's too lazy to learn how to create his own. How is he going to compete against the eCom machines out there who have 5+ video editors on staff? - I challenged myself to go the extra mile this year with my blog. I created [The Ultimate Guide to Affiliate Marketing](. Here's another way to think about it... You start off completely by yourself. You have ZERO competitive advantages over anyone. I was there. Everyone starts here. You have to use what you do have - your time and energy to grind until you hit the tipping point. Once things are rocking and rolling then you gotta re-invest your resources into leverage. Like... That YouTuber vlogger has to shoot and edit everything themselves the first few years. Then the money starts coming in. They re-invest into better gear, maybe a guy that follows them around all day, and a video editing team. That's leverage. That's why success leads to more success. But no one starts off with a team and systems. You build your way there. I understand that there are some things you can't do because you don't have the money. Maybe you can't afford the video editor now. But you can spend an hour a day on YouTube to learn how to edit videos. Massive action is setting a goal to launch 50 products...not quitting after 5. Massive action is learning how to create and test unique videos...not copy and pasting You don't get rich from how bad you want it. You get rich from the work you're willing to put in. Wanna be Great? Learn to Delegate The typical affiliate’s life: Campaigns are crushing it, but you’re pulling 16 hour days and got stomach ulcers from all the Red Bulls. You’re feeling the stress and there are so many opportunities you’re missing out on. What’s the solution? Hire employees and build a team! But then there are the fears. - Where do I find them? - Aren’t they going to steal my campaigns? - What if I fall in love with my Filipino VA? So you do it anyways and bring on an employee or two. Wow it’s harder than you think. You gotta handle your existing campaigns, train the employees, and it seems like they’re messing up every task you give them. It's easy to blame the employees, but there's a missing ingredient: It’s the art of delegation. If you suck at delegating, your business will stagnate and you won’t hit your goals. How do you get around this problem? That’s what this week’s post is all about. There’s a simple, proven system that works every time. If you follow it, you’ll be better at delegating than Kim Kardashian is at taking butt selfies. If you don’t...plan on staying in your one bedroom apartment in Peoria, Illinois. [How To Become A Master Delegator > > >]( [Video] Networking for Nerds “Hey Charles I’m visiting NYC tomorrow. Can I buy you a cup of coffee and pick your brain for an hour?” One of the main reasons I moved to NYC was for the networking. I’ve been able to meet some amazing people here and it's paying off big time. One conversation with them could TOTALLY change my business. I noticed affiliates are horrible at networking. I get requests all the time that are really weird. And I've had a ton of meetings that weren't enjoyable. I guess that's what happens when most of us work alone for 14 hours a day. People really underestimate how important networking is to business. But the good news is that it's a skill. I’ve screwed this up big time in the past and want to spare you my mistakes. I shot a video a recently about with tips on how to seriously IMPROVE your networking game. [Tips For Taking Networking To The Next Level > > >]( The More You Ngo, The More You Know Rich people, fake iPads, and regrets of dying people. It’s the best articles and videos I found this week. [Rich People Buy Less Flashy Crap]( What separates the rich from the middle class? Rich people buy less flashy crap, like cars, bling, and massive projector systems. What do they buy? Experiences. [The Dudes Catching iPad Forgers]( Turns out a TON of fake products come out of China, and not just fake Oakley sunglasses. Fake iPads, FAKE FORD TRUCKS (you kidding me China?). But a legit detective agency is on the case. [Dying People Don’t Wish They’d Worked Longer Hours]( This is important. You’ve got 24 hours in a day and a certain number of days on earth. Don’t get to the end of your life and realize you screwed everything up. [The Russian Hacker Who Assaults Slot Machines]( Turns out hackers don’t just take down computers. This dude makes a crap ton of money hacking slot machines. Him and his buddies can rake in up to $250K PER WEEK! (Not encouraged, but his systems are super interesting) [No More Paying For Grannies Clicking Your Ads By Mistake]( This is good news. Facebook will no longer be charging advertisers for accidental clicks. If your mom accidentally clicks on your ad, you’re safe. [The Best TV Interview of All Time]( This is the best. Robin Williams was hilarious and this interview is pure Robin. Take 5 from Ad Manager and Inbox Zero and watch this on your next break today. Talk soon, Charles P.S. Speaking of delegation... 2017 is the most content my blog's ever churned out. It's because of delegation: Someone edited that YouTube Video Someone formatted this email and checked the spelling / grammar Someone designed the eBooks I give away. Special thanks to my team. I get all the credit, but they're the ones putting in massive work. <3 More by Charles Ngo - [The Archives](: Browse my best articles - [The Ultimate Guide to Affiliate Marketing:]( The best course on affiliate marketing ever released...and it's FREE - [AFFcelerator](: Learn more about my advanced affiliate marketing training Follow me on [Facebook](, [YouTube](, and [Snapchat]( [Unsubscribe]( AFFcelerator, LLC 199 E Flagler St #398 Miami, Florida 33131 United States
