[Headshot of Nicole with a beach background of sand, palm trees, and blue sky linking to the CHANI careers page.]( 1. How do you use the CHANI app personally? I love how the [CHANI app]( allows me to reflect on my growth and consider both the path I am carving for myself and its impact on the larger community through the lens of astrology. I start each morning with coffee and my daily horoscope — and every Sunday, I listen to my weekly reading, check my transits, and pick one journal prompt to reflect on. Creating space to focus on potential possibilities is a refreshing way to start my week. I also LOVE the Year Ahead readings. I listen to each quarter in its respective season, and again at the end of the year to reflect on how I’ve grown, what I’ve learned, and how the astrology showed up for me. 2. What’s your Moon sign and how do you relate to it? I’m an Aries Moon. I’ve always been a fiercely independent person, even as a child — I loved trying to do things on my own. I still thrive on diving into the unknown and hold a lot of faith in the saying “the way out is through.” I value the lessons this outlook has brought me, especially through failures or challenging times. While I am a quiet person, I’m assertive, which is another Aries trait. I’m clear about my needs and boundaries and I generally don’t shy away from conflict. Lastly, I love moving and challenging my body. I’m an active weightlifter, a former yoga teacher, and an avid hiker — grounding myself through physical activities is essential to my wellness. 3. What do you like about working at CHANI? There are so many things to like about working at CHANI, I don’t know if I could list them all. I’m constantly inspired by the creative, talented, and genuinely warm people who make up the CHANI team. Everyone truly cares about each other’s wellbeing and growth, which makes it a really supportive place to work. I particularly appreciate that CHANI is a queer, feminist-led company that centers radical self-love — there is no catch. This ethos is reflected in everything we do, from our benefits and emphasis on the power of rest to our partnership with [FreeFrom]( and our commitment to supporting survivors. I’m proud to be part of an organization that sets such a positive example of what a workplace can be. ✨ WANT TO JOIN OUR TEAM? CHECK OUT OUR [OPEN ROLES]( ✨ [View this email in your browser](.
